...About Moi

• Call me funny. I find humor everywhere, even if it's about death and taxes.

• Love me, love my dogs. I've had all manner of beasts in my domain, but I am at heart a dog person.

• I've been married since dirt was created—and get this—it's been to the same guy! I kinda like him.

• I am a right-handed person in a left-handed body. When the nuns were teaching me to write, they forced me to be right-handed. To this day, I hold my pen as if I were afflicted with palsy. (I am SO glad computers came along. They don't care which hand I use.)

• Once I set my mind on something, you cannot distract me. Rottweilers and terriers take lessons from ME.

• Creative pursuits: Painting, drawing, ceramics, dioramas, home decorating, writing. These are the things I do well.

• Creative things I do poorly: anything to do with music. I love music, and I have a good ear, but I can't play or sing to save my life.

• Things I love to do: Gardening, raising animals, hiking, traveling. I will walk anywhere as long as it's an interesting journey.

What can you get from this hodge-podge of information? I am just like you, only weirder.

Go here for pictures of my kids, past and present. Don't worry. These are really cute pictures. All my kids have four legs and fur. The hairless, two-legged kind with peanut butter and jelly on their faces scare the bejeebers out of me.
